However, any time he talks I’m instantly reminded of one of my LEAST favorite characters from One Piece- Bellamy. He’s definitely up there for being one of my favorites in the show. The rest of the episode we get to see Gon and Killua fight Knuckle which does not seem like an easy task. It does make me think that Kite must’ve put up a hell of a fight though if Pitou wants to revive him just to fight him again. But man, seeing Kite in a tank like that was a little bit unsettling. Looks like being a Specialist has come in handy. But looks like that’s probably not happening any time soon since Pitou is too busy playing Frankenstein. I was thinking how funny (and probably terrifying) it’d be if Pitou somehow ended up walking into the portal.
It definitely gives them a better chance at survival by fighting at a ‘distance’ like this then going full on attack mode. Morel smoking out the area causing confusion among the ants and having them walk straight into Knov’s portals where Netero can fight them is so clever. I have to say this Extermination Team is awesome! They honestly couldn’t have picked better people for this mission since the trio’s abilities just work so well together. Not that they can do anything but take advantage of the ants' weakness to pick off stragglers, though, and Mad Scientist Neferpitou is on the move for whatever her ultimate goal is (where did the technology come from, though?)Īlso I'm feeling a bit lonely here, no one else have a decent amount of words to say?
I'm a bit perplexed that Netero, Morel and Knov are apparently the only people working on the Ant problem, but they do seem to be reasonably effective plus intelligent enough to make predictions, and presumably the Queen is too preoccupied with the King to birth any more soldiers. Besides that, Bisky, Gon and Killua keep doing their thing, with Gon apparently slowly wising up to the fact that he won't be able to bulldoze his way through any and all problems facing him, and able to control his emotions enough to stop him from trying. Well, Knuckle does have the same Japanese voice actor as Okuyasu and shares a lot of that duo's "lovable dumbass" qualities, so there likely was some inspiration beyond the shared 80s-delinquent-subversion archetype. Watch out Josuke, Yukako's coming to kill you so she can have Koichi to herself! Oh wait, this isn't Jojo Part 4. Some of the coolest in the series, both of those. Knov's is especially awesome and Morel's is especially creative. Oh yeah, by the way, I just want to mention that I fucking love Knov and Morel's abilities. This arc truly is two sides of the same coin (eh? eh?) in terms of bringing in new characters. What is there not to love about him? He's the best. I wouldn't even mind getting killed by him afterwards as long as I could punch him with all my might. I would leave behind my current life on this planet if I had the opportunity to go to the HxH world, and I'd dedicate every second of my life to training, for the sole reason of being able to give him a good punch to the face. I want to punch him 37 times for every frame he's on screen and I would pay billions of dollars to be able to break on his head the stupid violin that plays every time he shows up. In fact, I've never hated anything or anyone as much as I hate Pouf. He's my most hated character of anything ever.
